  4. This was wonderful. I recently had an abdominal hysterectomy and was left with virtually no instruction as to how to recover effectively. I’ve been trying to get back into Hatha yoga but it felt like a bit more than my body can handle right now. This was perfect for learning how to isolate and feel the pelvic floor muscles in a way I never have before. I can tell it will be healing for my surgery recovery. Thank you so much!

  5. Injured my hamstring 10 days ago. Found this practice today and it really uplifted my spirits. I feel confident, at ease and I finally feel it! I understand how to move better now. This also feels good for my hamstrings. Thank you Adriene, for all the help and detailed guidance. 🙏🏼

  9. I swapped my calendar days to allow time for this full practice so today was good. It really is a valuable one engaging pelvic floor is not an easy thing at first and surprisingly tiring. It becomes easier learning to use these vital muscles and strengthening the core at the same time, I loved that ! Fun as always Adriene, see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

  10. This one is so hard for me! I lost my core after having my daughter. I had months of PT to correct some diastasis recti. It's clear I have a lot to do in this area! Thank you for this!

  12. Hello Adriene, thank you for the lovely practice. It was slightly hard for me as I am not good with the breathing techniques, but I loved it. I have a question.. I started doing yoga since march this year.. and recently like over the past month I started feeling pain in my spine (lumbar spine) every time I do a reclined twist with the knees bent to one side. It wasn't there before… Please help and what can I do to make it better or even go away. Please don't tell me to o get scanned I am a doctor and I just love your yoga sessions so so much. Love you so much 😍💕❤️❤️❤️

  13. I am really thankful that this one was mainly on the floor. I am recovering from a severe headache that started yesterday for some reason and although I felt a bit light-headed today and just not feeling all that great, this was relaxing. Not sure why all the way, I purposely did loads of healthy and wise food prepping and consumption yesterday, so baffled as to why I started to feel ill yesterday and trying to recover today. Jai Namaste 🙏🏽

I just finished this one which is actually today's practice I got mixed up so I did tomorrow's one today but the more practice the better plus tomorrow practice is short so I can't squeeze in the ones I missed.   19. This is such a helpful video! As I've got older, I've tended to become a bit lazy with my pelvic floor – after all, it's easier just to give in to gravity!! But this does lead to other problems (which I won't go into!). So now I'm on a bit mission to strengthen those muscles. Thank you Adriene xx Namaste 💟💟

  20. This session was not really obvious for me, more difficult to visualize & feel. "Holding either pee or fart": it was the most direct & helpful explanation to identify the area 🙂 !! Moving and becoming consciously aware of our body is a life journey, thanks for this practice.

  23. I came across this vid trying to cure Anterior Pelvic tilt I've been dealing with for the last year. Very helpful, as are most the videos on the spine. If you find it fitting to create a segment on Pelvic Tilt, I'd appreciate it!

  24. Hi Adriene. Thanks for your videos, I have improved a lot with your lessons.
    This particular video was hard for me, the volume was too low and I got lost lots of times when you were talking in between the poses. For me was a bit too much talk.
    Maybe it's just my computer that has a very poor sound system (for sure) but maybe the mic has something to contribute to it. It's not the first time I can only hear you when your head is almost touching the ground.
    Keep the nice work. I appreciate the touch you give to the lessons, it has helped me to show up on the mat every day.

  25. A focus to my root was needed this lovely morning as our household begins preparations for Dia de Muertos. I noticed on the toe taps, my neck wanted a piece of the action. That was a first to notice! And, of course, my Flash cat loved the fire breathing technique at the end of the video 😊 thank you, Adriene! Love your show.

  26. Hi Adrian. I just found out that I have a retroverted uterus. Is there any yoga to help with that condition and make the uterus to its position is it is in any most women?

  27. I’m really having trouble knowing what a Kegel is! Do you squeeze your bottom or flex your inside of your vagina.. I don’t understand
