  1. For the DB Windmill w/isolateral press, what are your opinions on not flaring out the elbow toward the frontal plane? I generally stay at 45º bc the AC joint becomes worn when the elbow is flared in the vertical press.

  6. Totally not hating as much as I'm just pointing out (and afraid) how cosmetic procedures in the face can really alter and add years as shown during her introduction. During her introduction, I thought she was in her 50s but then when she didn't smile, and rested her face, she looked 20!

  8. Would love to see more dumbbell workouts geared towards women. Hopefully some things that can be done in a small space. I'm a truck driver and with winter coming it's going to get too cold to be outside doing a workout. Love the videos, keep up the awesome work Buff Dudes!

  12. Excellent shoulder workout… this will be my routine for tomorrow…Was looking for a good upper body warmup and found it on your channel, since due to an injury I am not allowed to do anything with my leg(s)

  14. At least you indicated the upright row to be controversial, this time. I'll take it a step further & deem it contraindicative. At the least tho', if it's controversial, why do it? Why risk potential injury when other exercises may be just as beneficial with less risk?
    When weight training long term (many years) which at the least we need for general health, why wouldn't we want to train with the least risk/most benefit? Our tendons/ligaments need kind treatment as we age. At least you're not still promoting behind the neck presses & pull downs, are you?? Flies, especially incline, are another move we need to be very careful with (promoting).
    Just know….I respect you with regard to promoting healthy lifestyles on-line.

  15. This was very informative! I am gonna try this workout next time I do shoulders. Maybe after the glutes tutorial (which i will be looking forward to) you can do a back video too!
