Since I started my weight loss journey u, without knowing it, have helped me alooooot and made the idea of how much and what I should eat a lot easier and it's amazing that u actually take the time to help others not just another fame seeking youtuber .. Here in Egypt we have the concept that healthy food must be horrible and plain in taste or it's not healthy enough but u changed that idea for me .. I've lost 12 kg "don't know what in pounds " hhhhh and still going .. But I wanted to thank u a lot since I saw u emotional in this video .. Thank you Stephanie

  9. Kuddos to you. I gained weight after giving birth to my three kids. It wasn't much but it was enough to make me feel uncomfortable in my own skin. I've disciplined myself and thanks to videos like yours I have been able to find yummy quick easy budget friendly recipes to keep me on track.

  11. Ive been loving watching these videos! I'm currently on a 1600 calorie diet because I'm nursing my baby. I've seen results but they've been very slow. As long as I'm seeing something though! I need to lose about 70 more pounds. I've still got at least 6 more months of breast feeding but I know once I'm able to cut down to 1300 then I will start seeing results faster.
