I just watched your 1 day meal plan it was great!!! question I work over nights I usually wake up about 1pm is it still ok to eat breakfast at that time does it make a difference or does eating breakfast when you wake no matter the time ok? thank you for the great videos I hope to see more these are the best vlogs I've seen on the internet

  9. Nice job on the sardines. Don’t see many people promoting them. I love them. If you’re into sardines I recommend checking out tinned fish from japan or Spain. Japanese tinned saury, mackerel, and eel are amazing. From Spain or France, you can get amazing tinned sardines, octopus, and others. They call them “conservas” and you can find in some fancy stores or sometimes Cost Plus or also order online.
