Thank you for this walk, I need 10 -15 min walks for now with Widespread OsteoArthritis throughout my whole body including spine and Fibromyalgia, Raynauds Auto Immune, Scoliosis, etc. For right now, closer to 10 mins is best for me especially since I try to do a 10 minute beginner pilates from youtube also and a yoga stretching one to wind down.   7. I've been working out to the Leslie Sansone's walking CDs for 8 years now. To boost my weight lost I use 3 lb hand weights while doing the walking exercise.
