Week 2: How Do You Keep Cardio Fresh | $250,000 Transformation Challenge | 2018



  1. Hmmm… This kind of sucks. I would love to enter, but didn't hear about this until January 23. The deadline to enter is January 14.

  2. When I'm on the treadmill or any cardio at that, I blast some awesome music and dance and sing. People always wonder why I look happy running

  3. I have a typical 8-5 desk job! I do 30 mins cardio early morning, 3 times a week
    15 mins running/jogging
    10 mins cycling
    and 5 mins on the rowing machine

    Not sure if I am doing it right but I enjoy them all

  4. I always wonder about what people consider to be cardio. For example, right in this video, I don't see you doing any cardio in my opinion. You're walking on a treadmill and that's it. I don't consider that to be cardio. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but walking in particular is the most natural way of moving available to humankind. Why would you consider something like that to be a heigtened level of activity?

  5. I just try not to sit down for as long as possible every day. Shredded, huge, haven't done cardio in 2 years.
