I can get up and do one in the morning before I go to work and one in the evening before bed, if I also walk the dog each day I should be well on track. These workouts are easy and are awesome for me, especially in this wet time of the year. Thank you again.

Oh yeah leslie thank you so much you motivate me everyday been a month since i started do walking at home while watching your vedios i was hypothyroidism patient 2yrs back so uncontrolled gaining weight was my big problem added of medication taking pills twice a day! Couple of months ago my doctor stopped me taking meds since all my labtest results seems back to normal😊 i was 60kgs. After a month of walking i weigh my self yesterday i lose almost 8pnds not bad and i still working on to reach my normal 50kg. And i doing this atleast 1 hr or more everyday.
