  1. Thanks for the video πŸ‘πŸΎ πŸ‘πŸΎ. That's a good workout. Not that you're not doing really well solo, because you are; a teammate would be useful in pushing/encouraging each other. As we get older, not only do we loose motivation; it gets easier to not do that extra or last rep. Just some advice. May God protect you always.✌🏾

  2. As s general rule, I love your work. But, Wow, where do I start. Number one. A stretch isn't a stretch unless its held for at least 60 seconds to allow for accomodation (give) of the actin and myosin filaments in a muscle fibre.Two, in any exercise regime a stretch should be done prior to any full range ballistic movements e.g leg swings. Three, Always stretch glutes/SIJ before hamstrings. This will reduce any likelihood of injury.

    Jogging is good. I'd start with that because small range of movment, even though its a little impacty. Blah Blah Blah. You get the picture. I've got my 'BlackHat' on, my self esteems a little low, so of course I sound off in the comments on your video to make out I'm something special. I am pedantic, and somewhat pretentious today. Sorry. (I am Actually an exercise physiologist)

  3. Suicides – I thought that is the shuttle run? Does anyone know if they renamed it? If she did bend down it would be the exact same thing. Thanks. They are challenging to do fast, particularly if you have to pick up a block.

  6. Oh God the burpees…I've done so many burpees and they never suck less. I like the warm up tips. I'm going to try some of those before my next round.

  8. Hey there Paige! Can you discuss how you determine or gauge distance on 30-50 ft. elevation changes? An example would be like 175 yds. out with the green up or down 30 ft.. Thx for your vlogs, always interested in what you provide us.

  10. Nice vid… these are definitely great ways to stay in fenomenal shape like you Paige! Playing some futebol(aka soccer) is great tooo…I'd personally recommend indoor because it's coed teams and lots of fun.

  13. I think scientists looking to perfect the human genome should stop. They are wasting time. Paige has already shown what a perfect person looks like.
    PS… You should definitely take a tour of Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec courses where I live and play. They are truly amazing.
