  1. I'm 2 months pregnant and still going to gym with my husband. Till not he still doesn't know that I'm pregnant. Hopefully my workout routine will make him awake.

  5. I just found out that I am pregnant! I need to stay in shape, but I'm only about 4-5 weeks along. Do you think those exercise could lead to a miscarriage? Thank you!

  7. I just started this work out I've done it for two days im 3 months pregnant and I love how much energy it gives me it makes me feel alive and I love feeling alive I hate the feeling of laziness and this video just takes all my laziness away THANK YOU

  8. So recently before I found out I was pregnant ?? I was working out everyday for 3 months straight with lots of energy ! Some days I would even work out 3 times a day! I just want to say that I’m kinda disappointed in myself getting extremely tired after 8 mins and not being able to finish ??? but I guess 8 mins is better than none! I will be back tomorrow

  9. You look lovely, I was wondering, I haven't done any exercise in a very long time, are they safe to do for a kind of starter in exercise during first trimester xx

  10. How many times do you repeat this workout, do you train repeatedly for 30min per session ? And how many days per week ? 🙂 many thanks its only 3 weeks I found out I m pregnant.

  11. Wondering how many month pregnant Anna was in the video? I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have been suffer from severe nausea since week 7 I wish I could exercise like this soon

  14. Great workout thanks ladies ?? Didn't think it would but I was a little out of breath! Haven't worked out in weeks (other than walking) as I was a bit afraid but going to aim to do this daily now ?xx

  15. Just did them right now I'm trying to have a fit one my family made m afraid I will gain so much weight so I'm trying to get in shape

  16. I am not able to exercise in pregnancy but that is because I have an Incompetent cervix. I wish I was able to stay active but it is harmful for my baby for me to do so.
