  5. im finally commenting. I started out running to drop wait and also challenge myself. I overdid it a bit and injured myself. So I had to find and alternative to continue on my fitness path and that was when I found your videos. I had always heard about the benefits of yoga and even participated in a few sessions but it didn't stick (along with every other physical exercise at the time).
    I have been doing your challenges since January of this year and sharing with my friends who are absolutely floored with the results. My son is also a big fan and works out with you 3 times a week. Thanks Sean. I have to go get the book now

  8. I replaced the kick through burpees with side plank burpees since I´m not there yet 😛 is this a good modification? Was not sure but didnt want to stay staring at the video haha

  9. Wow coach you really annihilated me with this one. This is my second time doing the 30 day challenge, and I have done most workouts multiple times. This I believe is the hardest of them all!

    One of the best things about your workouts is that you never push things too far and you always give options, so I never quit because I know that there will be a rest or different muscle group around the corner, so I can trust you. Thanks for another great workout 👍🏻

  10. I originally looked into yoga for shits and giggles, first came across your channel and now I'm hooked. I'm just starting, did your 7 day beginner challenge, then straight into the 30 day power yoga challenge, and already notice a huge increase in strength. I'm at 230 lbs currently, and with your guidance, am sure to lose many more.

  11. Oh. my. God.
    After a 3 day rest I came back for the Part 2.
    I stopped when there were only 6 burpees to end the video. Gosh, I was going to quit there but I took deep breaths and said ''ONLY 6 MORE, COME ONNN''. And I did them! This was epic, now I'm ready to shower and have breakfast. Ready to start the day 🙂
