  2. I don't know if it's because I'm diabetic and really unfit, and also obese…my BMI is 28… but I've burned out at week 3. I took a break of 3 days after completing the 3 mile walk. I'm dreading doing the 2 mile walk again tomorrow, even though I really want to start again. Any tips please on how to keep my stamina and energy up?

  3. Where can we get a band like that, we are starting a senior group with an anchor wall for bands. What bands would be best for us beginners?

  4. I've lost 7 lbs in my first 3 weeks! That's exciting but more importantly is how much better I feel. Once this 6 week challenge is over I hope you start another one. Maybe an 8 week spring challenge? It's a very positive feeling to be connected to other walkers at the same time. Thanks for the motivation! Walk on!

  5. Week 3 days 2&3 done ! I had to talk myself into todays 3 miles but once i started I completed 4 plus boosted miles ! I am so glad I did !
