    Love your videos. have you considered using an electric foam roller?
    they obviously vibrate and get deeper into the muscle fibers and reduce stiffness and lactic acid build up.

  7. Thank you so much! I did the stretch and foam roll part now since I just came home from tennis practice. At the moment it feels great, am much looser and more relaxed. I basically never stretch after practice, but the last month my lower back has been killing me the day after.. it must be after changing my backhand motion… I guess it's too early to say, but stretching felt good for it, some really nice exercises you gave!
