  1. deadlift is such a dangerous exercise… we can be aware of that though. there is videos on youtube of people breaking their spine during this exercise. what do you think?

    I hope you come across this message. I just would like to let you know that I'm a true fan of yours. I've been watching your videos since I was 15 or 16 years old. I remember posting a pic of you on my Facebook page and saying that I will be that lean and be able to perform as well! I love the teaching aspects of your channel and I hope to build mine to that some day. But that will take time as I gain more and more knowledge. Anyways keep up the content, keep up the good work and keep educating us fitness junkies who thirst for performance, strength and of course aesthetics's. Thanks!

    only wanted to ask if adding bicep exercises in this routine will be suitable. since i go to gym only 4 days so i have to use at least 2 muscle groups each day.
