HIIT Workout – Beginner HIIT Workout – Low Impact HIIT Workout



  1. After being rather stagnant, I had been looking for a way to keep exercising in the winter, especially since it helps with the seasonal doldrums I tend to get. But I donโ€™t have a gym membership and donโ€™t really relish going out in the cold. This workout is perfect to get me back into a fitness regime. Iโ€™ve been doing it every day and am hoping to get to a point where I can do it for longer periods of time. Thank you!
