Dear madam,first day for beginer u must teach them some basic exercise like treadmill,cycling, (not suitable for skinny) situps, pushups, like warm-up!! Then light weight fullbody exercise 2sets×2 reps..for one week!! Then start single body exercise schedule..thanx

U can't do this all on the first day itself..
U should do treadmill, squats,push ups ,warm up nd 2.5 kg dumbbells also can add 2 techniques..this is too much..it will cause pain in muscles nd whole body
