  2. I can’t believe I’ve gotten to 93kg. I never thought I’d get here. I’d use to say that I don’t understand how people let themselves go there.

    I hate my body. And I’m not as fit as I used to be when I was 85kg. Yes, I wasn’t exactly fit then either but now I’m even less fit. That’s got to change.

    I think this is a nice workout to start do. I certainly struggle way too much with your level 5 hiit workouts kown but this looks manageable.

    Hope I can do this regularly and keep this comment updated.

  4. Completed the work out granted .. I did lay on the floor during active rest feeling like I was going to have a heart attack && i did take my time and my own pace ( I did challenge myself) BUT!!!!!!! 1st day complete let’s see how I do in the next 29 days I try this !! 😅😰😓

  7. It gets easier guys !! When I first started I couldn't keep up and was so out of breath and nauseated! Now I'm actually keeping up with the instructor and during active rest I am power walking !! Been doing this for only 1 month!!

  8. I only do 1000 jumping rope 3 or 4 times a week and I feel like dying every time I finish it. But want to try this new workout routine. Hope I can do it..

  9. Doing this and seven other full body workouts every 3 days for 82 days. I will have weekly updates of my weight which fluctuates a lot. I’ve gained 16lbs in the last month and I’m hoping to lose it all again
    My current weight: 138.4lbs

  11. I can not do this more than 10 to 12 minutes if i will do daily this 10 to 12 minutes is it okay or not??? For get slim body

  12. I do this workout everyday and on the first day I had to stop about 2 times but as it went on though the days I am now able to do it without stopping. I love this workout!

  13. Guys I've been doing this for about a week now and have managed to lsst 15 mins at best. Thing is, I don't get too exhausted with this workout but my calves and lower leg gets very sore and hurts like hell during the jumping jacks and similar stuff, because of which I have to give up before I actually get tired.

    Is this normal? Should I expect my legs to get better once I do this for a month or so?

  14. I had extreme headache when i did this. I don't know why it scares me seems like a blood clot. So i have to do other light cardio. ☹

  15. My daughter and I did this workout at home and saw results in 3 weeks. We did it 3 to 4 days a week. I’m glad I thought of this again and found it so we can start it again.
