Do These 6 Exercises to Increase Your Mobility & Flexibility



  1. i can't touch my toes, and i'm clearly unable to produce any tension if nobody push my back.
    Unlike other Flexibility exercises where i can feel like ''i'm doing something'' to improve.
    Using strap/towels make it feel awkward or only build tension in my calf…
    I'd really like to touch my toes someday 🙁

  2. Can you do these exercises every day? If yes, whats the best way to do it?
