Circuit Training & Core Finisher Workout (Relentless Warrior 2018)

  1. Great workout Jake! Push ups are one of my areas where I'm still building strength, so I had to go to my knees after the first couple of evolutions. But it's all good! I still finished all the reps, along with the rows. Love the pyramid format.
The gliders w/ spiders are so fun! I am not able to do the pistol rolls yet, so I did an extra set of R and L toe touches instead. Still felt the burn, oh yea!
I will watch the chat section when I get home from work tonight. I'm really looking forward to it!
Have a great day every body! ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Love what you are saying after this workout, it's what I have followed most of my life. Fitness has been a part of it since I was a kid, it has changed and evolved but it's always been there, not just for 90 days. Those of us who make this our lifestyle know it's not that easy. I want to be fit and strong for life not just for a few summer bikini months! Keep preaching, the warriors are listening!!

  3. Wow, another tough one, almost shut you off when you said another round of gliders! But I had to finish because I want to be a better warrior! Thank you!

  4. Workout was great, thought I wouldn't be able to do the tripod pyramid but handled it no problem. The evo cardio got me pretty winded with the burpee jugglers, but loved the rant at the end ever more than the workout. Thanks so much Jake.

  5. Yay! I really focused on not buckling my knees inward and was able to do the pistol rolls without any pain! Your tips really helped and I had to really make that brain and muscle (in my case form) connection. Really enjoying this week so far! Keep up the good work Jake and thank you!

  6. Sorry, it didn't suck enough….I'll be back tomorrow.ย ย ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  7. Great workout Jake.I did this workout with my husband and love your speak. My husband just starts working out with me here so he got your message. Thanks

  8. This was such a badass workout. I did really well in the pyramid workout. Pretty much kept up on the back end, paused a couple times on the front end.

I killed it on the glider spider things. I had to adjust a little bit for my wrist (but its feeling better) and it all worked out. I keep getting better on those pistol rolls too. When you forgot that one i was standing there, on one leg, waiting for you to realize what you did because you werent taking that pistol roll away from me! haha!

I really enjoy how you mix things up and keep challenging us. Its much appreciated on my end because I think thats been key in keeping me going lately. It really helps when I get home from work and I know Jakes going to try to push me to do something crazy today and I better show up to see if I can do it!

  9. that was my very favorite workout , absolutely awesome workout , push -up , dumbbells , pistol squat combination , really enjoyed and great chatting , love it s much !! thank you very much Jake ! have a great day ! see you tomorrow . ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Love the workout Jake !! the pushups was challenging but managed to push through ! i improved on my pistol rolls – do you use purely momentum to come up from the roll ?

  11. This sucked! See you tomorrow…..seriously – it didn't suck. I loved the glider-spider-pistol roll-alt toe touch! Maybe someday I'll be able to do a pistol roll without the aid of my step. Anyway, thanks – great as always! P.S. Nobody brings the fitness message quite like Jake, which is why I keep coming back.

  12. After those pyramid pushups and single-arm rows, everything else felt like a breeze, even though the other sections brought a good burn, too! I dreaded but embraced that pyramid challenge, though, and I was proud to have kept up! Shaky and jello arms, for sure. Thanks for making me work on those…I really want to get stronger in that area, but I probably would never give myself that workout on my own. When you "prescribe" it, I suck it up and do it. Lol.
