  3. What's the point of putting the threadmill on an incline if you're going to hold on to it the whole time. It's the same as walking without an incline then.

  7. Your foam rolling your t band which will have little to no effect as it’s the strongest ligament in your body and can resist up to 300kg ( t band= side of the quad)

I use to bench press with my left hand gripping the bar about an inch wider than my right and I went from doing 135 5×5 to 165 5×5 and orm went from 180 to like 225 and my right triceps has a good inch of size compared to my left but my left pec is bigger than my right. It’s crazy how small manipulations of your form can make huge differences over just a couple months of consistent progress. Like the difference is insane
