    I have started going for a gym it's been 1 month and m doing proper workout like cardio and weights… My weight is 97kg and age is 29yrs, should I start taking protein shake … If so plz suggest which company I should take first for biggeners … Bcoz there lots of company in the market .. will this be harmfull for my body bcoz according to my weight should take it or should I wait for weightost….

  13. Seriously now I could realize that I had been doing it wrong as a beginner.. Kuttey ki tarah haaf haaf k 20 mint aur high intensive squats aur crunches krney k baad weights lift krney ki taakat hi nahin bachti thi..

  14. I want to ask one thing that if i do cardio after work out so when should i take my protein..? Because after work out if i do cardio then it will delay my protein. so its ok to take protein after half hour of workout..?
