  4. I really like this series, but the pace is too quick for me. In the time she takes 5 breaths I only take about 3 🙂 So I slowed down the video to 0.75 speed, and now its perfect for me too!

  5. Love how it included nadi shodana at the end! 🙂 Love how you're doing inspired ashtanga classes with different lenght (and different pace/difficulty), they're great for days when I want to go slower/stronger or wanting to be done within a certain time frame! Yay!

  7. I personally was not a fan of this. It moved far too fast and did not give me time to open anything up or take my time with my breaths in poses.

  11. thanks for this great class! (…sometimes i am just too lazy to do the whole first series; but this is a great shorter class, that makes you still happy that you stepped on your mat :D!!!)

  12. I thought I wasn't gonna make it and told myself to wait until the 25min mark cause that's usually how long my practice is. when I looked I was at 35min ! I'm seriously so proud of myself haha

  13. Fantastic! What a great practise FY. I loved the intensity around the Dolphin and planks…..only just kept hold of my breath, thanks for reminding me! Look forward to more of them.
