  1. I can feel this workout after 2 reps. Didn't have longer bands so I sat down for the bicep curls to compensate for the shorter length.

  2. I love working with the band, too, although I just discovered I need a longer one for the wide arm stuff.

  3. If I don't have superduper 😉 long band – can I do the last part in the kneeling position, keeping the band in place with my knees instead of feet? Does it change anything?
