  4. Killer workout! Almost 5,000 steps with 500 calories burned…we were booking it. I was able to jump right in and go hard. I have learned that while I like the challenge and cardio step offers…the repetition of the different combos is not my favorite. I personally like the power 7 push waaaaay more. The strength work at the end was much appreciated. Thank you, Angie.

  5. Please make no apologies for imperfections! The hardest part has to be cueing while doing! I usually know what move is coming next on the step, but could never in a million years say it as well.   6. Step Count: 5,900 / 3.5KM. Great one, Angie. Loved the music and the beat. I think it's one of your best. Loved the simplicity and the repetitions of the combos. And Bella joining in in the end, too. 🙂 She's such a sweetheart. I'm happy that my calves aren't protesting at all, and I still used one riser. I think I'll stick to one riser for another fortnight, then switch back to two after that and see how it goes. Thank you. xx
