  5. I got 4,200 steps on this one, Angie. 2.5KM. Loved this workout. I used smaller weights but I sweated just the same. Great one! 🙂

  6. I am a sweaty, nasty mess…thanks for this! Truly digging your power walk, sculpt, core combo. 3352 steps for me, and I burned just under 400 calories. Amen, I love this one too!
