  1. Girl, I can't remember when my workout time was so little yet I felt like I got a great workout. GREAT JOB! Thank you!

  2. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ thank you haven’t done this routine in ages I can see and feel how strong I’ve become thank you but this still burns thank you πŸ¦‹πŸŒˆπŸ¦‹ enjoy your day πŸ˜„

  3. Schellea you are beautiful! I like your videos. This arm workout I had to stop many times but I will conquer it! The result will be firm arms.

  4. Abs? What abs? I think they must be around here somewhere, lol. Anyway, my arms are def stronger and not quite so wobbly. But I believe! I believe!

  5. This actually made me suck in my abs and hold them tight! Yay, thank you! I’m doing this everyday!

  6. Thanks for this awesome short workout. I've been doing it for a couple months now, and my 50+ yr old arms look and feel great; it's really energizing for the rest of the body, too.

  8. I commented below 8 months ago. Like I mentioned then – I have tailored your moves in a way that works for me. I found standing still and doing arm circles absolute torture. I turn on music and either walk in place or side step while doing those. Now unfortunately after 9 months I don’t have toned arms like you but that’s OK – the pain in arms have greatly reduced. I feel stronger and am able to do longer walks. My health issues came to a head 4 yrs ago at 44. I never understood pain but do now. Your workouts are great and very inspiring. Thank you.

  9. Ive been going to gym for years and recently had some health issue that stopped me from exercising all together. This arm exercise was excellent with out any weights, I could really feel it Thankyou I will make this a regular exercise

  10. Thank you. I’ve been doing your exercises for a week now and I’m feeling great!!!

  11. Wow! Who knew 5 minutes could be so tough! I've always had a weak upper body, but I bet after I do this exercise for a bit, it will be better. I wonder if she recommends to do this daily, or alternate days ,or what schedule. I am almost 63 and I think I will try a "circuit" of doing one body part every morning, before work. 5 to 7 minutes is perfect. So glad I found this channel!

  12. THANKS!!! Oh, the arms!!! I walk, spin, row, practice qi gong and yoga…and the arms are my weak spot!!!.Have taken courses that focus on upper body strength, so I really like this attention to detail. Awesome!

  13. Oh wow I just found this one. I had tendinitis in my shoulders and have suffered for over a year now. Most things hurt to do especially with my right shoulder and I admit that I am slack with doing my physio excerises. I need to gently build strength and these look suitable. I just did the warm up swing and it really hurt my shoulder but as I relaxed more the pain actually went away! πŸ™ŒπŸ™
