  4. I love your videos and always feel perfectly sore afterwards. But I have a question what is a good routine for the week? Do you specifically work upper body certain days and lower body others and then abs other days or do you just randomly pick what to do everyday. I’m struggling in creating a routine for the week and then find myself only doing cardio and then leaving the gym? Please help!? Much appreciates

  6. I have been working out a lot lately and my booty is growing but my belly area is not going down. I don’t understand because I run on the thread mill and I do an exercises but still nothing…help please.
