  1. Hi Everyone, Welcome to another day of Training. Today's Session is a 30 Minute Full Body Low Impact Beginner Workout. You can still do this workout even if you are more advanced with your exercises by adding Jumps where you see me Stepping and increasing the Weight with the Strength Moves. You can also increase the Circuit to 40 or 50 Minutes which will increase the intensity. If you are very new to exercise, you can decease the number of Rounds to 1 or 2 & then progress up to the 3 Rounds.
