  4. I've only been doing yoga for a few weeks and I'm really glad I found your page. There's so much good content, even for an inflexible 55 year old like me. This is the latest session I've tried and my balance must be getting better because I only fell over twice! The yoga has also helped me with the shoulder impingement I've been getting physio for. Thanks for making all these workouts available.

  7. This has become one of my favorite morning yoga's! I love how everything gets stretched. Even my ankles and arches! I was so tight from a flight yesterday, that my child's pose at the beginning hurt, but not by the end! Thank you for this practice, liked, saved, downloaded! 💜

  8. Hi! So I'm new to yoga. Being on steroids for lupus for 10 years, I gained a lot of weight. And with the joint pain that comes from lupus…I'm in awful shape. So here I am, trying yoga. This is my 10th day doing yoga. I've lost 3 lbs! And I'm feeling less joint pain every day.

    But, do you have any advice for people with HORRID balance? I never had good balance growing up, and now that I have neuropathy in my feet (the nerves are dying, so I can't always feel them, so my balance is even worse)….do you have any advice about those "one-legged" postures? I keep falling over. Will I ever get better at those? Or should I modify it somehow?

  9. Hi, I came across this video and enjoyed practicing it. However, I have a problem with my feet. I tend to get cramps in my soles and toes when doing pigeon, for example, Any remedies for that? Thanks

  11. Sarah Beth that was awesome… been following you for a while… the toe on opposite heal downward dog and the pigeon (going even beyond the hand) helped me finally go further and more relaxed than ever before! thank you thank you thank you! love all your videos… but really loved this one!
