  1. Hellllooo There!!! First workout in almost two weeks. :/ Leg burnout, knee pain, and 9 days beaching it. OH I love the beach. I did slack at the beach but saw two different couples doing their workouts in the morning and I totally thought about going up to them and joining them bc their motivation to keep it moving impressed me. Yesterday, I was in the car for 10.5 hours. UGH. Today, my one goal was to move I wanted straight cardio just to get my body moving and I knew 30 mins was going to be my max. I had to pause quite a few times. That's ok. 🙂

    Lots of burpees. YAY. I cannot do windmills bc they make me dizzy so I did a repeat of mountain climbers so I did have one repeat in there. And you know what make this workout???? The quarter turn squat jumps. hahahahaha. That is a good move, though.

    Tomorrow I plan on doing the arms and abs you just posted so I will check in after that.

    Also, this was the first year I have worn a bikini since having kids 12 years ago. It was awesome and I was super happy to be standing with my daughter, a gymnast with killer back and ab muscles. She said I looked great and I truly felt great. Thanks so much for helping me with my fitness. I really do it for health reasons but the side effect of my body transformation is A+ of course!! I really your workouts. Have a wonderful day!!

  2. My new travel workout for the summer! Perfect fast paced, great moves, and flow. Time flies for those days you are not as motivated to workout! Paired nicely with your 40 minute arms and abs!

  4. I was planning to do 2x 30 min but enough after this session! So great for heart rates up n sweating! It’s under 10 c tonight n I am so sweaty

    Totally got my sweat on and feeling great! Love the 30 second intervals bc they are so doable👍🏼
    And I wasn’t watching you but hearing you talk about your shirt had me cracking up 😂😂😂 I only Wear skin tight shirts since I was 16 bc I cannot stand my shirt moving while exercising 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Matt calls my exercise clothes my super hero outfits😂

  6. First I have to say- being a New Yorker I love your use of Badda bing Badda boom 😂👍🏼 This was another great workout! Sweating is not even the word more like drenched 😅💦 I love no repeat workouts and this one definitely delivered 🙌🏼 thanks Tracy!

  8. Busy day today. Just got here, another awesome workout! Short and to the point! Gosh , but couldn't do the hop. Although you made it look so easy. You look amazing! Don't worry about what your wearing . All looks perfect and in place, my friend. Lol! 🙂
