  4. This is my new favorite. I love your 20-30 min fat burning videos!! My oldy go to is your fat burning under the bridge on the beach when you thought you were going to get wet from the waves. But this one is flowy and I could keep up without being out of breath. Oh and sweaty!

  5. Nice one, Lesley! This is almost like Ashtanga. The cues for breathing all along, was so helpful. Have been practicing with you for about a year and coupled with my separate workouts, have noticed improved strength and endurance. I've seen a big difference in the way my body feels and moves and certainly in my breath, mind and heart, too. Thank you:)

  8. I loved this practice, thank you! I did find that my hands and wrists were killing me though D:
    I even placed a soft folded towel on my mat to cushion my wrists a bit, but it didn't help much. Is it just because my wrists are weak? Or am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this issue?
