  5. It started raining when I got home so I didn't want to run inside. I looked up "inside workout" and as soon as I saw HIIT I was enticed. Awesome workout, thanks for the great video!

The two floors below me had no idea I was working out! Iโ€™m honestly looking forward to my next busy day workout.

  11. Just moved to HK and haven't been able to sort a gym membership yet and this is exactly what I needed! 16 minutes of hard graft, got a sweat on and got it DONE!

  12. Great workout, as you say no excuses, you can do this anywhere and it is fast, quiet and effective routine. I was out of town for three weeks and this is the workout I did in my hotel room every day. You can even try it out mornings and evenings (if you are fit for it) thanks a lot for this traveler routine!
