I’m 5’7-8ish”, 200lbs, and I want to get back down to around 160lbs for running. Going to try to do your workout and go for 5 miles or more runs. It’s a great workout! Thank you!
Started training 3 days ago feeling burn but not severe. First 2 days i couldnt do it till end today i succeded first time . Il keep posting if anyone is alive on this video 😂😂
So I just did this for the first time. I barely work out and the last time I went to the gym was 2 1/2 years ago. I was able to complete it but had to be on my knees fo tthe last 3 sets of push ups. I feel like I still should do more exercise because I don't feel super sore and super sweaty BUT I my body is in a lot of pain if I try to do more. I feel like I need and should do more. Should I rest or should I do more excercise and what can I add to this?

I need an advice. I'd like to start exercising in the morning and what I wanna do is do the workout right after I wake up and then have a solid breakfast. Would you recommend this?
