  2. Kids tend to make peaceful mornings impossible. Mines mommy radar is on point. No matter how early, one or both will sense me movimg. Hahaha still these felt good. 🙂

  5. Hey Cassey! Do you think it's ok if someone Young like me does this? Such as 10-12 years old? I am not the most exercising perso n, and I want to be better fit. I've watched videos and heard that just a ten minute stretch everyday, could be way better for my body. Any thoughts?

  8. My roommate wakes up at 3:45am to go to the gym before work… her alarm wakes me up too.. I am NOT a morning person. XD

  9. I would enjoy these stretches better without all the commentary. I understand talking about the stretches themselves, but asking questions and telling us about when you used to go to sleep and wake up is really distracting when I'm just trying to focus on stretching for the day. I got 2:24 seconds in before I was tired of hearing about things other than the stretch you're doing.

  10. I recently moved closer to work so I don't have to leave until an hour later. I'm not with a gym at the mo so have started doing morning stretches instead. Two days in, let's hope I can keep this up!

  11. I love these stretches! Just what was missing from my morning routine – energy for the day. So happy this was the first result in my search for 'morning stretch' today. Game changer! Thank you, you are so vibrant and lovely. Early mornings are my favourite, too. Thanks to an alarm and more determination, I am breaking my lying in habit and getting up within minutes of waking up. 6am I'm ready to start my routine. 530 is my next goal. This stretch routine has made me more excited to get up early tomorrow:-)
