  2. As a YouTube fitness channel… They're not at all inclusive of different body types and people at different stages of their fitness dream..

  3. Ok these people do realise only like 1-2% of their viewers will be able to do these exercises right?

  4. Ok seeing them strain and be out of it during the lunges really helps me. Before that these performances seem so unattainable.
