I used to be pretty fit, but within the past couple of years I gained quite a bit of weight and was rather inactive, so this year I have made it my goal to get back into the shape and to be healthy again. I found you when searching for channels that offer weight loss/toning exercise videos. In two weeks I have lost fat weight and have actually gained muscle mass.
