  1. You should stat slow and warm up before doing that I got cramps from first exercise ( in and out )

  4. I dont know, maybe its just me, but for a guy this built, I was expecting another type of workout, surely this must be for a beginner. I was expecting more, this is way too easy, especially for him, no doubt……
