  6. Since a couple of months, i started lokking the number of gram of sugar in my daily food. Since then i no longer buy sodas since they have more sugar than most food. Us in Canada we have nutrition information on every food we buy.

  7. Actually, I was in the hospital for months and couldn't move much, so I gained 30 pounds. I went from running 4-8 miles a day to doing nothing. And I actually didn't eat much either. Mostly just chicken, rice, & veggies. 🙁

  9. Any tips on cardio I can do if I have a bad ankle and can't use it for prolonged period swimming was recommended but money is tight gas and swimming pool cost add up
